    Off-Season “Lean Growth”

    -You and your coach will designate 1 day per week in which you will be checking in but any questions throughout the week are okay as well. Adjustments to your protocol will be made on report day as needed. Included in this package: Macros, cardio and specific training program for clients goals along with supplement recommendations.

    Cutting “Fat Loss Phase”

    -You and your coach will designate 1 day per week in which you will be checking in but any questions throughout the week are okay as well. Adjustments to your protocol will be made on report day as needed. Included in this package: Macros, cardio and specific training program for clients goals along with supplement recommendations.

    Contest Prep “Photo Shoot & Contest Prep”

    -You and your coach will designate 1 day per week in which you will be checking in but you are also able to check in daily, every other day or every third day based on progress and how much additional accountability the coach and client agree is needed. Adjustments to your protocol will be on any day of the week as needed and a proper peak week for photoshoot or competition will be included. Included in this package: Macros, cardio, a specific training program for clients goals along with supplement recommendations and a peak week protocol with constant access to your coach.

    Weekly check-ins are for all clients no matter what package they take. The client sends their weekly report by email and this would include: Excel sheet filled out “macros ate, body weight, measurements, training program log”, along with weekly progress pictures and finally a summary of their week with any information they deem necessary.

    Daily check-ins are a system we use with clients in prep and or clients who have issues with adherence and need to be monitored more closely. Each day the client sends in their weight, macros they ate the day prior and we send macros for the current day.

    We choose to have potential clients contact us to inquire on pricing for one primary reason, we believe coaching should be determined on a coach/client relationship and not a dollar figure.  Now, this doesn’t mean we are expensive as our prices are very competitive, we would just rather people get to know us before spending their hard earned money.
